So is anyone thinking of getting a Gencon order for Wyrd? I am not seeing a lot that I am really hankering for. The Widow Weaver and Book 3 are the biggest draws but the Widow Weaver is scheduled for a July 31st release so it is not really any faster. Book 3 comes out late August so that is a bit of a wait, but then again even a Gencon order is going to take a bit anyhow so it might not be that much of a difference.
I am curious if anyone else was planning on anything *might be willing to tag the book onto another order*.

That is the biggest problem with Gen Con orders, you can get some of that stuff before it is even shipped out. One of the reason I like it when they put a street date on stuff. No need to order something that will be out the middle of the next month. Only thing I really want to get is the Crossroad 7 box set. There is no street date on that and I really wanted to paint it up for the Nuke Con event, but that was all I wanted, well that and the Miss model.

The only thing that interests me is Dark Carnival; but damn, $$$.

I generally just take a look at Warstore and a few others to get a rough idea what they are saying the street date is. For example, according to Warstore the Lone Swordsman is a December release. Same with the Gaki. Warstore also says that Crossroad 7 are a November release.

Yeah, that would be a little late. But who know when I would get it if I order it.

I think I got my early September last year *had the email confirming completion of order on August 29*
ADD: And I think Gencon was like the 14th or 15th. So it was maybe 3-4 weeks after Gencon?

Yeaaahhh, I don't think I'm doing it. $90 is too much.

That is pretty crazy expense. Not like it is truly limited edition. I can see a pink and lime green version coming up on the Black Friday special.

If it was 70.00 it would be one thing, as normal Collete is 50.00 and the Dark Carnival's models are a tad bigger *the monkeys to the doves and such*. But ya, 40.00 more is just to much.

I agree, I probably would have sprung for $70, $75.
Also, if colored versions are released on Black Friday I will almost certainly be glad I waited.

If you visit the forums, there is also talk of a new game that takes place Earthside and is said to be like War Machine.

Okay just wanted to ask, is anyone else getting kind of annoyed that NO one is spoiling ANYTHING still on the 2 Player Starter Box or anything that was changed from Beta to Book 3? Kind of getting annoying considering we have like 3 models out of the Starter that no one has mentioned and who knows what might have gotten rule changes between beta to book.

I actually can't say I've given it much thought.
