Yeah, there were four games. We're talking about rebooting because new people are joining and I'm not sure anybody has played a game properly yet (still learning). Seems like many people are liking it.

Good good. I am trying to see if the lair will order the official campaign set. It has prizes and everything. Glad to hear it went well. I should be back for the next one.

So Kalen and I are going to team up and run an official Kill Team campaign, starting in October. So think of the kill team you want to use the most and get ready for the action.

lordzombie: Did your Kill Team campaign get off the ground? I don't recall hearing any more about it. We're probably starting one at the Lair soon. Nolan, Mephiston, enternalvoid, explorator: I'm thinking about stuff for our first campaign and I'd like to keep it simple. The rulebook suggests starting with 8 of each resource with the ultimate goal of being the last player to never run out of any one of them. Once you're reduced to 0 of any resource you can continue playing as a guerrilla faction, but you're basically out of the running. I say we start it at half that, 4 per resource. That way we can get a feel for how the campaign will work without investing too much time. If we want to keep going with a larger campaign we can do so. It looks like players lose one or two resources when defeated, sometimes from the same resource, and never gain any resources. Players will drop pretty quick under this I think, 2-3 losses and that's it. If we can knock out two games each Saturday (ambitious, I know) we could almost be done in a month. We'd come out with a great understanding of how the campaign plays and can start planning a bigger one if we want. Along the same line of thought I'm leaning away from a really deep narrative, though I would like to create something larger if we have a good time with this campaign. Thoughts?

Nope. My Saturdays are pretty much gone except for very rare occasions. I would love to play, but you guys have fun.

I don't know much about the rules as I only watched games and never really saw much of the campaign stuff but I am game to give your suggestion a spin.

I plan on doing Tyranids unless someone else is. Otherwise I can do Blood Angels or Eldar.

We might. I know a few of us are skittish about the game right now, still learning and not sure about playing with other people.

Arena is much more balanced version. Of the game. Also just 100 points no commanders.
