So I was watching a vlogcast and they talked about making hideout terrain in their campaign. What do you you guys think of this?

Welp, looks like things have changed a little and to be honest, I am not that heart broken. Looks like I will not be around for the month of October. You guys are free to do anything you like.

Alright, next Saturday going to bring Malifaux and X-Wing. Did people want to try another shifting Loyalty campaign either this week or the next? I will have the book this next Saturday so we will have access to the final rules.

I want to play just regular old Malifaux. And X-Wing. And maybe AoS.

Heyo all,
Looks like I've got a break in the soccer/baseball/cross country/swimming season! I'm hoping to be able to make it this Saturday and would love to continue to learn Malifaux.
I do have my Lady Justice Crew box mostly assembled, though a few aren't based because it seems it would be a good idea to paint them first before sticking them on bases but I do have a couple of units to use if someone can loan me some for a game.
How did Nukecon go?

I think Nukecon's tournament went well. Things went smoothly, no problems. Enough tables and terrain, though the tables had to be rearranged as they grouped a shorter table with a taller one on a lot of the sets ups. Just meant some table rotation. Antonio can correct me but I believe there was 16 players total. Overall it seemed like everyone had some fun and I am only aware of once there requiring a judge's calling. There was a lot of price support in the raffle so it seemed everyone walked away with at least something.

I was impressed with the number of raffle prizes. I was pleased with what I got!

Bummer, I'm sorry I couldn't get out to play as I thought I would. Probably be a month before I've got a free Saturday again! On the plus side I did get a bit more painting done on my Guild crew. Doing the Guild Guardsmen first as they seemed the easiest and most straight forward paint job. Maybe one day I'll have a painted and ready to go crew AND free time on a Saturday. I've really enjoyed the few games I've been able to play and certainly want to keep learning the game.
