So I noticed tonight that I didn't get a Trapper in my Hired Guns box. I sent in a support request to Wyrd in hopes of getting one sent to me. Any experience with their customer support?

Antonio reminded me on Saturday I forgot to follow up on this. Wyrd customer service came through for me. There was a bit of delay due to their warehouse being on vacation for the holidays, but as soon as they got back they got a trapper sent right out to me.
