What's the likelihood of Wyrd releasing individual, non-minion models that are currently in box sets? I'd assume slim to none, but figured I'd ask since you guys keep closer tabs on their news and general release schedule.

You got it about spot on, slim to none. It really takes something outside the ordinary, like the stuff of Marcus's to get their own boxes. They might do it some day but not likely any time soon. What were you eyeing?

Captain Dashel. I like the whole Guardsman subfaction, but I'm not so big on the appearance Lucius. I already have Guild Guards, so getting two more in the crew box wasn't a big selling point. But I guess now the better question is how likely am I to use more than two Guild Guards, like Lucius, or find some other reason to justify picking up his box?

Ah, me and Jason got lucky there, we have the old Guild Guard Sergeant Totem *which is basically Dashel and you can use him as such*.
To be honest I generally don't see more than 3 Guild guard used at once, I know Jason has used more before but that was somewhat of a spam list he has thrown out before. I would suggest taking a look for the Old Metal Guild Guard Sergeant model then, in the off chance it is still up anywhere. That would seem to be the simplest answer for you.
The other option is to get the new plastic box and consider converting anything you don't want. Have not taken a good look at all the models but I imagine it would not be hard to turn the two Guild guard, or even one, into a Desperate Mercenary for your Outcasts.

We were just talking about this in the Henchmen forums. Basically, never going to happen. Ever. Micheal points are good, you could also buy the box set and sell the rest on eBay. Lots of people there just like us that only want one or two things out of a box and nothing more. I have to do the same thing with the Molly box just to get Phillip.

Converting is a good idea. Or I might just buy a Dashel off eBay. I have a couple other crews I want before I get to that point. I just opened up my Guild decks finally and I saw he was a Guardsman and it got me thinking.

I think I'm gonna end up just buying the Lucius box at some point. There's two cards for Guild Sergeants in addition to Dashel. Ones the same as the metal Guild Card Captain and one is more like the Drill Sergeant, but the art makes me think it'll be a different sculpt. Hopefully they'll do a two pack at some point.
