Come celebrate the opening of a new gaming shop in Omaha, Ne! The Game Shoppe is opening a new store and there will be Malifaux demos to be had there! There will also be lots of other awesome gaming going on as they celebrate the opening weekend!
You don't need anything to join in, just come on down and try out some Malifaux
Where? Game Shoppe 4014 n 144th St Omaha, Ne 68166
When? Saturday July 18th
Time? Demos start to fire up around 10am until 4pm
Cost? Nothing!
Also keep an eye out for other Malifaux events at the new Game Shoppe coming soon!
Of course, you guys all know how to play, but this also means I will not be at the Lair that day, but I do welcome everyone to come out and check out the new place.

That was the best demo day I have ever had. Court, we totally need to make up some cards for the forum. We missed out on some great chances.

How many demos did you end up getting in Antonio? I was less worried about you getting people to demo as much as the time involved in each demo limiting the number.
Interesting idea about the cards.
PS Just noticed my post count is higher than Cort's... HAHAHAHAHAHA

The demos moved pretty quickly. Only 1 henchmen and 3 minions is not alot to control. I was able to get in 6 demos with one more guy wanting one but he got caught up in Zombicide.

Six is a pretty good number, as you likely over the course had that many likely watching at some point or another as well with how Demos go. Good Job.

Only thing on the cards is the fact I am not sure if we should put at Dragon's Lair. You guys are my boys, but Game Shoppe has the ability to pull in numbers that the Lair just can't do. Not saying we are moving to Game Shoppe for Saturdays, just saying that not all event will be at the Lair. Directing them here is good and I am sure we can all play a role to help out as to where to go.

Certainly. I'd like to see how crowded the new store is on a regular Saturday. DL is very convenient, but I am not opposed to seeking a new playground.
It could also be that, should the group expand, we play in more than one location.

We totally need some of those cards for Nuke Con. I have heard that some people have gone back to Game Shoppe asking about Malifaux. There is interest, just not with our group it seems.
