So next week, Jason and I will be trying out the new Age of Sigmar if anyone else wants to bring along a handful, well more than a handful, of models and try it out. I plan on dusting off the wood elves. They got me started into Warhammer, should be the army to finish me off in fantasy.

All I have done is download the rules, read a single review, and looked at one Warscroll. Lazy with other gaming projects *On that note I half Collodi about half painted and 3 of his marionette painted*. Of my list of models I have to have done for Nukecon I am at 3.5 left. Then I can start looking at my side bar.

I read a few reviews, only one was positive. The potential balance issues don't really bother me, but one of the loudest complaints is that once your minis are on the table, you just push them forward. The only way to know is to play!

That is all I have heard about the game also. It is the barest of bare bones for a game and a middle finger to anyone that played fantasy before. I feel it can really do with a Malifaux or Wrath of Kings add on.

Well one thing you have to remember about reviews right now is that they will generally be done by Fantasy players, which from the one I read said this is pretty much the finger to the Vets. Again going to wait till I at least get through the rules before any judgement calls on my part.
On that note I am going to be bringing Malifaux Saturday most certainly *Not digging my fantasy stuff out that fast*
