Antonio ( lordzombie ), I know you have/had Relic Knights stuff. Did you ever get a chance to play it and if so how was it? I keep looking at the second edition Kickstarter. Those resin models just look slick. |

I still do. Jason has some also. Never played it. The first kickstarter took so long that everyone that jumped into the kickstarter to play it had moved away. I would love to play the game. From my understanding, it plays alot like a futurestic Malifaux.

That was my impression as well, has some similarities to Malifaux, but a bit lighter and faster paced. Sounds like if I backed it, it'd probably be a year before I'd get everything. Probably all the existing models in the early waves and the new stuff in the last wave. What factions do you guys have? There are some rule changes since v1 and I think there was a v1.5? Not sure what they are though. They have the beta rulebook up, but I haven't read through it.

I take some of that back. They have what's shipping in each wave in the pledge calculator and the 2nd Ed. starter is in the first wave that's supposed to come out late summer this year.

I have the 3 good factions. The Cerci Speed Circuit, Shattered Sword, and Doctrine factions. I would totally go in on the two player starter.

I ended up backing it last night. Did the second highest tier, cause I'd probably get the digital version of the expansion rules when they come out. If you have anything in particular you're looking for they said anything except the pin-ups can be added on as well.

I'm thinking right now the only faction I'm gonna buy extra stuff for is Black Diamond, so I think I'll have you covered for v2 cards for your factions. What factions does Jason have, the other three?

lordzombie Did you pick up any of the Battlemats or Boost Tokens on the Kickstarter? We'll have to play a game some Saturday when you get a chance. enternalvoid You "had" stuff, but no longer "have" stuff? Also if you're interested, the beta rules linked on the Kickstarter have a run down of the changes on the first page. Since you mentioned it, figured I'd let you know. explorator Did you pick up a single faction or a few?

I never got the battle mat as it was pretty costly, but it plays on a 3x3 area (at least it did) so those Malifaux mats will work. I do have the boost tokens. You will not get a hold of Jason on here, but I am sure he has Doctrine.

Technically have, not had. I got I three factions if I remember right. It is buried in my closet currently. I might take a look at the rules later.

Yeah, I figured it was more likely someone else would tell me what Jason had than Jason himself  . I thought the official mat was pretty neat looking, but if I can't track one down there are some Infinity mats out there with the same general look if I want something other than a "grass" playfield. |

Sure. I was more referring to no mat at all because I don't have any mat, so I'd end up just playing on felt at the Lair or on Court's table, which just looks like grass. But I dig the sci-fi style they show in the starter box and kinda want to get some nicer terrain, of that style.
