Nice. Any details on the event? I know you have said the days there will be Malifaux stuff, but can't recall. How about any details on games? Is everything going to be standard 50ss matches?

Just found the rule packet under events. Suppose I should check other tabs besides "Monday's at the Game Shoppe" and "Other Events". Lol

Hey Mr. Lordzombie, here's a copied quote from the rulebook:
Auras are lasting effects that move with the object as it moves. All models inside the Aura’s area, including what is generating the Aura, are affected by the Aura as long as they stay inside the area and remain in Line of Sight of the generating object. The “affected model” in these instances is whatever model experiences some change in game state.
Does this mean My iron skeeters cover themselves too?
Sputtering Exhaust: Models within a2 of this model have Concealment
When I have downtime I've been making a futile attempt to pack my enfeebled brain with how my crap works. In our game Monday I think I recall us talking about this but I thought you mentioned they didn't cover themselves. No biggie either way, just a faint hope I might know how my crew functions come Bugeater.
Oh ya, it's an aura, not a pulse. The symbol didn't copy/past like I hoped.

I always forget which is the one effect the user and which doesn't. But we both learned something.

Yes models are affected by their own Auras unless the affect says otherwise *Such as if it said: Other Models blab blab blah*. So the Skeeters always have concealment... but so do any enemies near them.
It is Pulses that don't normally affect the model they center on.

Figured I would post up the results from day one. The over all plan for the league is to run it like a tournament. So from here on out, you will be paired based on ranking. In the case of missing a day (as Lauren and Corey will be doing), you will just be set up with based on next highest.
Scores are listed as Tournament Points (3 for win, 0 for lost, 1 each for tie)/ Differential/ Victory Points
1. Micheal 3/5/5 2. Corey 3/3/5 3. Mike 3/2/4 4. Antonio 3/2/3 5. Lauren 0/-2/3 6. Dan 0/-2/2 7. Aaron 0/-2/1 8. Josh 0/-5/0

Well, it was a half day on Monday. As in, only half the group showed up. Match up will seem really off due to no shows, so if you wonder what is going on, that is why.
1. Micheal 6/10/10 2. Dan 3/4/6 3. Corey 3/2/5 4. Antonio 3/2/3 5. Mike 3/-3/4 6. Lauren 0/-2/3 7. Josh 0/-5/0 8. Aaron 0/-8/3

Round three in the books. Did have 3 games this time. There is only one round left. Corey and Lauren will be out so they kinda stay where they are. We will have to see what happens. Really, Micheal can't lose, but we can see who is second and third. Notice that I have only played one game and I have held my position. 1. Micheal 9/12/14 2. Mike 6/-2/9 3. Dan 3/2/8 4. Antonio 3/2/3 5. Corey 3/1/9 6. Josh 3/-4/1 7. Lauren 0/-2/3 8. Aaron 0/-0/3

Well, the league ended with a whimper. Part of it the holiday, maybe the other part was the fact nothing was going to change much. So it went about as well as it did last year. Next couple months will be open gaming, so we will see if the crew is ready for something after that.
