I know you guys like to wait till Saturday to talk about things, but that is not an option now. Looks like the Lair will be down for a while, so we need to decide what we want to do. We got some new people joining so we need to keep that in mind. I would like to see some input from everyone as what to do. We can move out to game Shoppe, try out Lair 2, or try and come up with a third option, up to the group.

I am up for any but I am suspecting with two votes Game Shoppe that might be the direction.
Though one word of warning, their Warmachine/Horde crowd is starting a Grow League from what I heard this Saturday from Kat and Adam. So they will have a bigger crowd then they had that Saturday we had the event. Of course we will also have less people then we had then too.

Yeah, I see some pics from the last game event and that was pretty big. I am also hoping the newest members of the group don't get lost in the shuffle. I am up for anything. On days I work, I will not make a trip out there as it is a waste of time, but I do have the next two Saturdays off so I am up for it. If you are new to the group, let us know what you think also!

Speaking of grow leagues, anybody interested in doing a sort-of pseudo grow league? We have some new people interested and it would be great for them. In addition, it may also help us get some stuff painted. I'm not interested in starting a new faction, but I'm not filled for masters in the ones I have. I don't know what all you guys have, though. Is this practical?

I always like the idea of a slow grow/ paint league, but it very hard to pull off with this group. It would be great for the newer players.

Well, each of us could pick a master and work to paint it and related models while the new players work on their new stuff. In addition to unpainted masters and minis I already have I'll be picking up the new Pandora and Lilith boxes soon-ish. I might even pick up Marcus if we decide to do this. I asked Jack and he's interested in joining in. I'm gonna work on some others, too.

Looks like Game Shoppe is the only option as they are holding a magic event on Saturday. Not to sounds bitter, but nice of them to think about the group that has been gaming there for years. So Game Shoppe this Saturday at 10amish.

Will throw this out as I have not heard anything since. I am game for a paint box thing once Adepticon is over, as I am finishing a last couple models for that.

It appears that Game Shoppe is going to full this weekend and the Millard Dragons Lair doesn't have anything going on until 5 with Millard pretzcon. So anyone up for Malifaux at the Millard Lair?
