hey everyone, check out these rules and let me know what you think. I didn't make this character, was just asked for playtest on him.
The Hood- 8ss (Outcasts) Rare 1
Merc, Enforcer, Living, Forest Strider
Df 7, Wp 5, Wd 9, Wk 5, Cg 6, Ht 2
Abilities-
From the Shadows: This model may be deployed anywhere on the board that is at least 6” away from the enemy Deployment Zone. This model may not take Interact Actions on the first turn.
Unimpeded: This model ignores penalties for severe terrain when moving.
Steel from the Rich: This model cost 2 additional SS when paying his Merc Cost.
Give to the Needy: Non- Outcast Crews hiring this model add 1SS to their cache, and increases their max cache to 8ss.
Df(R/M/C/T) Trick Arrow: After succeeding, if R this model does 2/4/5 Dg to the Attacker that may not be cheated or prevented. If M, push Attacker up to 6” in any direction. If C, Attacker gains the Paralyzed condition. If T, Attacker gains the Burning +3 Condition.
Attack Actions
(1)Ancient Bow (Sh 7/ Rst: Df/ Rg: [Gun] 18): Target suffers 2/4/6 Dg. If target is within 10, this Attack Action gains a +flip. When this Attack Action gains the benefits of the Focus Condition, increase its range to [Gun]30. (Mask): After Moderately damaging, unequip one upgrade from the target, chosen randomly.
(0) That’s a Nice Purse (Ml 6/ Rst: Wp/ Rg: (Melee) 2): Targets crew looses one SS. Add a SS to this crews cache. This may increase the number of stone in the cache above the max cache. This ability may not be taken before turn 2.

(0) I’ve Failed this City(Ca 4/ Tn 10): Push this model 3” in any direction.
