Indeed, I am simply prioritizing minis over cards.

Oooo Court, Michael called you out!! But really, that is true, but at the same time this stuff is prelease. The listing (at least on the wyrd site) said all the stuff at gencon will be out from Oct to Jan. That is a long time to wait for stuff. It would have been nice if they dated the stuff like last year so you would know if you could just hold off on something. The book and the cards will be a month or two before they are out. Nice bonus Michael, so far I have only seen people get full box sets, but I got the lowest pledge (the core set) so I don't feel I will get anything but a box set of minions.

Fair enough, for me I am willing to wait on many of the models *for better pictures and examination* For example the Doppelganger, I get the feeling that the original Metal one is going to be better than the plastic one. Same with Slop Haulers. But I cannot fault people for prioritizing the models they are interested in. One of the things I am most surprised about is people's reactions to the Waldgiest. Alot of people had Negative views to the art when they saw it but appearently the renderings have won over many. That said I am prioritizing the book because I want to read all those stories.
Ya, I did not expect a full crew box with my stuff, I figured it was going to be a box of minions or something. But looking at people's posts about getting their stuff it does seem that the people that got the Dining Room Level and the other one up there have been getting box sets. Still if anyone is interested in a Pandora box let me know.
Looking over the Gencon boxes again I did get a chuckle though about Von Shill's box. So many people were predicting it would have Hannah and and follow the format of the boxes so far *Master, Henchman or Enforcer, 3 Minions, Totem* I am very much amused that it kept with the original contents of his box plus the Steamtrunk.

I liked the art for the Waldgeist, but didn't love it. That's 1/3, though, and I LOVE the two new ones.
I may yet get some of the cards. I need 5 packs, though, gah!

I enjoy the fact that, outside VOn Schill himself, they look just like the old art. Nothing changed. Everyone continued to said that was just holding art. I would have loved to get Brewmaster instead of VOn Schill, but you got to go with what you got. Personally, I could wait on minis also. Book and cards are a must.
By the way, Michael, what level did you pledge? I think someone on the facebook group pledged Core level and got an full box set also. Makes me wonder about wyrd having so many extra box sets laying around.

The Waldgiest are not bad but I still think I like how Feral the old ones looked. So I shall be good with those two. And I know what you mean about the Arsenal decks, I was looking at which ones I need and I technically need 4-5, so I am debating how many I want now and which ones can wait.
Dining Room Level. Well it could be that much like Privateer Press, Wyrd wants to put a pretty strong foot forward on the whole making good with their supporters. Privateer has been known to take extra steps to make good with their player base on issues. Still taking a look at the Kickstarter page they had 1546 backers, that would be alot of box sets. I will bring my Through the Breach stuff tomorrow for people to look see if they want.
Ya I kind of wish they had Brewmaster done for Gencon too.

Since he is so media socially retarded, Jason got his TtB stuff also, but can't seem to every be online. I worked two jobs, 9 to 11 hours a day and still found time to update everything. At any rate, he got Dining Room and got Shadow of the Redchapel set. Means mine will show tomorrow while at the lair and I will miss it. :/
As for Decks, I only need 3. Outcast, Ten Thunder, and Resurrectionist. Maybe you guys should think about cutting back a little? -laughs-

Yeah, I could just grab Neverborn and Arcanists as that would cover most of my stuff. I still have a number of Outcast mercs, though, like Sue and Ama no Zako. The only reason I need the 10T box is Mr. Graves, which is lame. I need Guild for Hoffman (and maybe Criid). So, Guild and 10T can easily wait. Outcasts... could also wait.
I'd like to take this opportunity to inform you that I will not be at the Lair today. I'm working on a kitchen remodel.

Kind of late to tell us that at 9am...
Well Cort you did miss getting to look at the multi pose sprues but I guess I can be nice and bring them again next week. I am sure Jason will have put together all 44 models he can by then on his.
Which is sort of my problem with the arsenal decks as well. I need Neverborn, Guild, and 10T because I primarily play them, but I have outcast/merc stuff. Not to mention the fact that some of the 10T and other masters can take stuff from other factions which is where all my faction contamination started. I mean, my Asigaru are in Ressers and not 10T. Or Zoraida liking all those Wp4 living models.

Minor note to throw out, namely if Jason reads this but I imagine others might want to know. Apparently the scale on the female multi pose is off a little. There is a thread about it on the Through the Breach subforum on Wyrd's site. wyrd-games.net/community/topic/102562-scale-of-multi-part-minis-off/Personally from checking them out it appears to be almost all in the legs, as they are 2-3mm to long. Torso and hips seem to match up. People said the heads are a bit smaller but looking at Pandora, Lilith, the Nurse, and Sonnia they seem pretty close to me. Arms are also kind of spindly but so are the nurses, Lilith, and Sonnia so they seem in line with other plastics to me. Still I wanted to bring to people's attention should they try to get the sprues or have them. For me it just means I need to hack some of the legs a bit to make them work.

I decided on the hoarcats, silurids, waldgeists, multi-pose, and 3 arsenal packs. I don't really feel like painting a new Dreamer crew right now, plus I'm hoping when it releases I can grab it at the Lair w/ a Johanna inside.
The packs I grabbed are Neverborn and Arcanists, of course, but I added 10T since I have a number of models from there, plus my friend Paul still has his Yan Lo around somewhere and I can just give him the cards in a likely vain effort to get him to play more regularly. I just realized, though, that the fucking ashigaru cards will be in the damn resur box. GG, Wyrd.

Interesting that the Multi pose male is going to be the only one on the Gencon thing, perhaps the issues with the legs was enough for them to rethink that sprue.
I am thinking I will go with the book, the Silurids *as I don't see myself getting Zoraida's box*, and 3 Arsenal Packs. That puts me at 93 and I will then see if my brother wants an Arsenal pack and if not I will see about adding something.

They had to put out the damn power suit Hannah. Now I am getting Von Schill, Hannah, The scheme deck, Outcast deck, and Resurrectionist deck. You can have one of my Ashigura cards if you want Court, I only ever use one card.

Ya that Hannah is HUGE from the looks of it. Forget power suit, that is the power loader from Aliens
